In line with the Federal Government’s initiative of increasing locally produced rice, Gombe state governor, Dr. Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo has commissioned a rice plant in Gombe, the capital of Gombe state.

Speaking at the event, the governor reiterated his support for local manufacturers, citing that their activities help to boost food production and create jobs for the teeming youths in the state.

“We are grateful to the founder, Mr. Yayaji Ahmed Ganga for situating this rice plant in our state, which will no doubt boost food production and create more jobs for our teeming youths.
