LOCAL COMMODITY PRICE REPORT

The above result indicates the price of grains per kilogram in the last week of february. Result shows  consistency in the price of sorghum. However, there was a fluctuation of price in Maize and paddy rice week on week showing a price change of 1.19% and 2.40% respectively .

Maximum market price for maize was recorded in international market, Kogi state while minimum price in Jengre market, Plateau state.

Maximum market price for Ginger was recorded in Maraba market, Kaduna state while minimum price in Border market, Kaduna state.

Maximum market price for Paddy Rice was recorded in Kirikasama Market, Borno state and Minimum price in Gbajimba market, Benue state.

The above result indicates the price of cocoa bean in kilogram in the last week of february. Result shows stability of  price during the week. It moreover indicates no price changes week on week.

The above result indicates the price of soyabean per kilogram in the last week of february. Result shows fluctuation of price during the week. It moreover indicates 2.04% price week on week.

Maximum market price for soyabean was recorded in Shuwain market, Jigawa state while minimum price in Agasha, Kwarta and Wannune market, Benue state.
