GRAINS

             

The above result indicates the price of grains per kilogram in the first week of march. Result shows  consistency in the price of paddy rice and sorghum all through the week while the price of Maize slightly fluctuated from ₦83.00 to ₦85.00 per kilogram. Maize and Paddy rice week on week showed a price change of 2.41% and 2.34% respectively. Current price of Maize, Sorghum and Paddy rice this week is at ₦85, ₦78 and ₦131 respectively per kilogram with 0% day to day changes.

Last week, Maximum market price for maize and sorghum were recorded in Oja tuntun, Kwara state while Maximum market price for Paddy rice was recorded in Balangu and Marma markets.  However, minimum price for Sorghum and Paddy rice was recorded in Leggal Market, Gombe state and Tyowanye markets in Benue state respectively.

 

SOYBEAN

The above result indicates the price of soybean per kilogram in the first week of march. Result shows fluctuation of price from ₦144 to ₦158 during the week. It moreover indicates 9.72% price week on week. Current price of Soyabean this week is at ₦158 per kilogram with 0% day to day changes. Maximum market price for soyabean was recorded in Talata market, Kaduna state while minimum price in Asunkunya market, Benue state.

 

COCOA

The above result indicates the price of cocoa bean in kilogram in the fisrt week of march. Result shows stability of  price during the week. It moreover indicates no price changes week on week as price hasn’t changes as compared to last week
